Below are the key roles and responsibilities needed to initiate a Career Ministry:

Career Ministry Leader (CML) – to serve as lead coach and mentor to individuals seeking help and advice in their career planning; recruit and manage volunteers who will assist in scheduling and facilitating meetings and in coaching and mentoring individuals. The CML is the chairperson for the Church and its members.

Career Ministry Mentor (CMM) - to assist the Career Ministry Leader as a coach, mentor, and facilitator to the Career Ministry support meetings. The CMM will assist in the planning, set-up, management, and/or facilitation of Career Ministry meetings.

A Career Ministry is a great way for HR Professionals and Recruiters to utilize their skills and talents to serve our Lord. It’s also a great way to find top talent!
