Career Ministries

Through the establishment of Career Ministry, a faith-based organization can provide tools, resources, and information to individuals seeking hope and change in their careers. Our vision is to build and connect a network of career ministries and job support groups where Christians can help individuals in their career search.

A Career Ministry is designed for:

Individuals who are looking for employment. They find themselves searching in three locations: Unemployment office, Newspapers, and On-line. Many are overwhelmed by the web career search engines. Many people lack the skills, knowledge, and training to create a resume, search for employment, or how to interview.
Individuals who are seeking a career change. They do not know how to get started, as their current skills may not easily cross over to the new career. Individuals fear a loss of income in the process and do not take the step to make the change.
Individuals who are currently employed. They sometimes need outside influence and support to help them succeed in their careers.
Individuals who would like to be a part of a support group with others dealing with common issues of employment.
